Skill Sets:
1. Candidates with Chemical Engineering background
2. 5-10 years of experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Power projects
3. Should have worked in areas of Design / Operations/ simulation.
4. Should have worked on at least one complete cycle of simulation.
5. Should have completed at least one project cycle leading a team in simulation / operations /design discipline.
6. Should have worked on simulation software’s like HYSYS, Chemcad, and HTRI etc.
7. Should have people management skills & excellent communication.
8. Must have the capability to lead a team of Engineers.
9. Should have good interpersonal skills.

1. Manage the development & function & design of a project.
2. Responsible for making project specific standards.
3. Ensure the final delivery meets quality specifications.
4. Interface with customer, project manager on techno-commercial issues.
5. Lead the team of Application Engineers.
